light & crisp
Delicate golden yellow in the glass, the bouquet is wonderfully fruity, with exotic nuances of passion fruit, mango, ripe pear and some physalis. Mineral notes, a touch of fruit bread and a little orange peel are optimally complemented by a creamy fullness. On the palate it is full-bodied, fresh and concentrated. Nice balance between the exotic fruit and the minerality. A great wine that develops an almost Burgundian elegance.

Winery | Bernhard Huber
When the Bernhard Huber Winery began to sell its own wines in the mid-1980s, it was the beginning of a remarkable success. Bernhard Huber is undoubtedly one of the best German winegrowers today. The Gault Millau Wineguide named Bernhard Huber Winemaker of the Year 2008 and it was the only Baden winery to award him the highest mark of five grapes for the world's best wine producers. The VDP vineyard is dominated by Pinot Noir, but also by Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris. Bernhard Huber's philosophy is to allow all wines to ferment thoroughly and to allow them a long storage period on the yeast.
