Description
juicy & well-balanced
The Chenin-Blanc grapes for this Château de Fesles La Chapelle Vielles Vignes Chenin Sec grow on a soil made of phtanite and slate. They are manually picked, selected and aged in oak barrels for over 12 months.
With a tantalizing nose reminiscent of Spanish citrus gardens, this very dry chenin delivers great finesse and aromas of dried apricots, red berries, elderberries, caramel and delicate toasted nuances. The acidity shows up on the palate very shyly - but it is still extremely fresh.
