Description
juicy & well-balanced
A full-bodied wine with lush notes of blackberries and plums, supported by coffee and vanilla undertones. The wine is elegant with a soft and lingering finish. After destemming, the mash was pumped directly into the fermentation tanks and went through a cold maceration overnight. During the temperature-controlled fermentation in rototanks, the wine was pumped over six times a day. The careful, 9-month aging in French barriques (15% new) gives the wine a firm tannin structure and guarantees that it will continue to develop in the next 2 to 5 years.

Smoky Pinotage
The aroma is full of smoke, then slightly sweet wood, the taste is quite full, almost without fruit, smoky and with nice tannins, cedar, very long, in time it begins to be monstrous.
