Description
Christian Ress from the VDP winery Balthasar Ress and the distiller Hubertus Vallendar are responsible for this Balthasar's Eleven London Dry Gin.
The designation "London Dry" is subject to strict manufacturer specifications and does not reflect any regional reference or origin. A London Dry Gin represents the purest and highest gin category.
"Eleven" stands for the eleven different botanicals: juniper, orange, rosemary, ribwort, oregano, Riesling blossom, elderflower, burnet, bitter orange peel, lemon myrtle leaves and Riesling yeast spirit. The addition "Batch No. 1" indicates that this gin is the first edition - of which only 1,000 bottles were bottled.
The water used comes from a German spring in the North Sea - and has particularly exceptional properties that make the gin softer and more powerful than others.
