Flavabom Shiraz is a distinctly unique wine that delivers flavour, depth and concentration with immediate impact. Single vineyard, vine-dried Shiraz grapes are the backbone to this intense style. The integration of flavours, tannins and acids are hit with a judicious lashing of oak for a real flavour kick.
Byrne Vineyards Flavabom Shiraz Vine Dried South Australia has a vanilla bouquet, combined with ripe black fruits such as plums. Some spiciness of cloves and liquorice, too.
On the palate, the wine is smooth, rich and full-bodied with juicy, vibrant fruit of blackberries and blackcurrants and hints of exotic spices and pepper. Intense and concentrated, full intense fruit flavours due to the extended ripening.
