Made as a traditional `Australian blend`, the Shiraz component provides fleshy fruit flavour while Cabernet provides a frame of fine grained tannins.The Penfolds Koonunga Hill Shiraz Cabernet 2008 has a ruby color. On the nose, raspberry and strawberry, cedary and oak aromas. The palate exhibits some plum and red-fruits flavors. This wine has fine grained tannins.
