The Bacchus vine is tied to a specific location and therefore a synonym for Franconian wine. The variety is named after the Roman god for happy, sometimes extravagant celebrations. So celebrate a lavish evening with this Schloss Castell Bacchus.

The grapes were selectively handpicked and matured in stainless steel tanks. The bouquet of Bacchus offers cassis, gooseberry, delicate floral tones and a hint of green peppers. The palate is gently fluttered. The ideal drinking temperature should be between 8 and 10 ° C.

The fresh and cheerful Bacchus likes to accompany light cuisine and dishes that have a summery exhilaration.
