The Manincor Tannenberg Sauvignon Blanc, like every wine from the Manincor winery, is produced with the greatest love for nature and people. Every second alley in the vineyard is planted with special greening mixtures so that all kinds of animals can settle and turn the vineyards into a biodiverse playground.

In the glass, the Sauvignon Blanc impresses not only with its sparkling golden yellow colour, but also with complex aromas. The nose delights in juicy stone fruit, exotic fruits like mango and papaya and spicy notes of sage and fennel. Nothing seems too forced, a very harmonious wine that will also be a lot of fun in a few years.

As an accompanying wine, it is particularly recommended with shellfish, grilled fish or white meat.
