Description
The wine present an elegant color and rich aromas of melon, pineapple, vanilla and displays a soft fruit like apples, melon, pear and hints of crème brulée. The powerful finish of this elegant and velvety wine is underscored by subtle notes of vanilla.
Bunch pressing fermentation takes place followed by the half in stainless steel tanks, for other half in barriques.
The barrel-fermented portion undergoes malolactic fermentation, which add the wine a smooth structure. The fermentation preserve freshness of grapes and generate the wine a citrus note on the end.
