Fruit and finesse come into their own in this Trimbach Riesling Réserve. Pressed from fully ripe grapes, the wine is juicy and tasty even in its youth. A long-lived wine with good aging potential.

The grapes are carefully selected from different locations in Ribeauvillé. Mainly the grapes from young Grand Cru sites are used for this. These are carefully destemmed and gently pressed in the winery. The must is then pre-clarified. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers so that the Riesling aroma develops finely. The Trimbach Riesling Réserve comes to maturity in large wooden casks. The wine matures in the bottle in the wine cellar for at least two years before it is put on the market, so the required maturity can be guaranteed.
