The single-vineyard wines from the "Vini Traditionali" series come from the younger vines of the great Gris, Jurosa, Picol and Neris sites. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand, fermentation and ageing of the "Vini Traditionali" takes place in stainless steel tanks, with the wines remaining on their lees for about 6 months. Bottling takes place eight months after the harvest.
In the glass, a bright straw yellow. The Sauvignon Blanc from Lis Neris shows an intense aroma of fresh grasses and herbs. Its taste is elegant and with a striking structure.
