The positive attributes of the north-facing Seiser am Eck vineyard are displayed in this blend of two pickings for this Sauvignon BlancTerroir. The early harvest brings crisp, refreshing fragrance. The harvest two weeks later brings body and fully ripe fruit components.

The charming bouquet smells mainly of fine gooseberries and elderflower. On the palate, the wine is juicy, lusty and fresh with typical notes of white asparagus, harmonious finesse, intense but still pleasing reticent. Powerful finish of fine length. Especially delicious with light fish dishes or also as an aperitif!
