"The wood element is absolutely neutral and the fruit has plenty of room to express itself. Dark berry fruit, dried cherry, spice and balsam herb are presented with sheer volume and brawn. The wine opens to a dark ruby color and imparts luscious dark fruit to the senses. It shows no sign of premature oxidation. It offers medium build with firm tannins and a streamlined finish."
