Description
I, the flagship of vinegar production at Gölles, can rightly call myself one of the greatest culinary inventions since vinegar has been around.
In 1984, Alois Gölles produced me as the first balsamic vinegar from apples.
Even today, the must of Styrian apple varieties is boiled down and fermented for me.
The subsequent maturation for 8 years in oak barrels gives me a pleasant sweetness and fine creaminess.
Use me for: Desserts, barbecue sauces, cheese, tomato mozzarella, steak Combine me with:
Hazelnut oil, gold of pleasure oil, poppy seed oil, sesame oil, sunflower oil
