I am the "Junker" in the Balsam family, still a little green behind the ears. But you can also call me an all-rounder or multi-talent - that's probably the best description. I am fermented from white wine, refined with thickened grape juice and, unlike my relatives, I am light in colour and wonderfully sweet and sour in taste.
Use me for: Light sauces, fish, pasta, salads, spinach.
Combine me with: Hemp oil, pumpkin seed oil, poppy seed oil, olive oil
