Description
bold & opulent
Made from 38 years old Chenin Blanc Vines and a 70 years old Chenin Blanc Block, this wine is incredibly complex and multilayered. On the nose, green apple, pear and quince as well as caramel. Palate shows complex flavours of tropical fruit, dried pears. Maturation for 9 month in new oak adds complexity and an additional dimension. Long lingering finish.
