Marisco Curious Kiwi Sauvignon Blanc has a bright, lifted lemon-lime citrus aromatic with an underlying base note of dried herb and leafy hedgerows. Continuing the aromatic themes established on the nose, the palate is all about a vibrantly fresh expression of leafy, yellow citrus all neatly framed and sustained by a seam of fine juicy acid.
Gentle fruit handling followed by a long, cool fermentation with select yeast strains has enabled a wine of great elegance and subtlety.
This crisp and aromatic Sauvignon Blanc is the ultimate aperitif but equally at home with most fresh seafood, summer salads and sheep or goats cheese. Crafted to enjoy whilst its flavours and vibrancy are at their peak, it is recommended drinking this wine within 2 years of the vintage date.
