Description
"The soil is the father of wine, the vine is the mother and the climate is its fate," they say in winegrowing circles. At the Pawis winery, attention is therefore paid to ecological balance and absolutely environmentally friendly cultivation. The quality wines from Pawis thank this commitment with an unmistakably natural and tangy acidity, freshness and juiciness. The Pawis Müller-Thurgau is a gripping white wine with a wonderfully intense fragrance. Fresh grass, white flowers and mirabelle plums combine with the tart scent of summer elderflower. The elderberry aroma can also be found on the palate and refreshes the actually sweet-looking basic structure of the Müller-Thurgau with its tartness. The white wine from Pawis is crisp and spicy and characterized by a strong fruit that is reminiscent of mirabelle plums and apricots.
