Description
As this wine is called, it is also: forbidden good.
Liebfrauenmilch has always been part of German wine culture - but for many decades it was at most mildly ridiculed. The reputation of this wine style was not really good and the image "sweet and cheap" could not be shaken off.
It was only a few months ago that innovative German winemakers made it their business to change the way people think about this wine. And so the "old lady" became something like a "femme fatale" - she seduces, fascinates, captivates, wraps around her finger and will never get rid of you.
The Ress Family Wineries also set out to carry this woman on their hands from now on. With the Ress Family Wineries Forbidden Pleasure LiebFrauMilch, the modern Rheingau wine company has created a sweet, crunchy, liquid sensuality, vinified exclusively from the Müller Thurgau grape variety.
A charming team of apricot, grapefruit, orange peel, melon, passion fruit, delicate herbal tones and bright flowers enter the wine parquet with a damn cheeky aura and a harmonious acidity. In short: This Liebfrauenmilch is a sin in itself and a pleasure to drink without remorse.
