Hundert Prozent reiner Chardonnay. Die Rebe macht leicht und cremig, durch sie wirkt jeder Blanc de Blanc sehr edel und rund im Geschmack. Sehr schöne hellgelbe Farbe im Glas mit leicht grünlichen Reflexen. Einen prickelnd lebendiger Anblick ergibt die Mousseux.

Wer eleganten Champagner...
...abseits der ganz großen 3,4 Traditionsmarken sucht ist mit dem Blanc de Blanc von Ruinart sehr gut bedient. Auch traditionsreich, aber doch seinen Preis eher wert als Moet, Veuve und Co.
