Description
Expect delicate floral aromas with hints of ripe yellow apples and citrus to leap from yourglass. Layers of red berry and baked apple flavours add to the complexity of the wine, whilstthe freshness of the mousse enhances the zesty flavours on the palate. Mouthfilling withample body and a persistent clean and dry finish.

Ein zu Recht ausgezeichneter Sekt. Kann mit einem Champagner konkurrieren. Auch meinen Gästen hat er hervorragend geschmeckt!

Wir hatten auf einer Messe den Simonsig 2010 getestet und waren hellauf begeistert! Er wurde zu unserem ""besonderen Sparkling"". Leider weist der Jahrgang 2011 einen metallischen Nachgeschmack auf und verliert dadurch sehr viel. In Zukunft werden wir ihn wieder vorher kosten müssen bevor wir ihn bestellen.
Ansonsten ist er sehr feinperlig mit wenig Säure.

Ein wirklich guter Sekt , schmeckt wie champanger und schmeckt einfach toll , zu jeder gelegenheit ein genuss:)
