Description
light & crisp
The history of Prosecco wine began about 300 years ago. By chance, winemakers here discovered the method of foaming that makes Prosecco as we know it. The production area extends in the province of Treviso in the DOC area with Morainic hills to the plain with partially structured alluvial soils. Thanks to its awards, we call "Il Fresco" the ruler of sparkling wines. Here bottled on a piccolo bottle.
In the glass, Prosecco il Fresco from Villa Sandi presents itself in a delicate golden yellow with a fine and long-lasting perlage. The aroma is fruity and floral with notes of ripe, golden apples and small alpine flowers. It is fresh and tasty on the palate with a fruity and harmonious finish.
Excellent as an aperitif to accompany spicy dishes. Also ideal with steamed seafood.
